I love the staff and doctors at AEC! We came in to pick out glasses for my boyfriend, optical was busy so Kayla J. helped fit his glasses so we wouldn’t have to wait. While we were there Naomi helped me schedule other appointments! The girls at the front are amazing!
Had an appointment after chatting with their service when I got there they said they gave my appointment away. I have confirmation texts, an email, and screen shots of their chat service, where I replied. It’s hard to take that the office just acted like it’s no big deal when people take off work and have schedules. The lack of empathy and unwillingness to fix it was very disappointing.
I have always received the best care with Appalachian Eye. My new glasses are great. Dr. Mckenzie is always a blast. Highly recommend.

I always appreciate the very kind and helpful team at Appalachian Eye Care. We have been going here for many years. We started with Dr. Hansen, and since the business has grown, we now also see other doctors. All of the doctors are top notch and we trust them fully. On my last visit I saw Dr. Hopkins. He was also excellent, and very kind. We will continue to enjoy the caring and professionalism given to us at Appalachian Eye Care.
