Aqua Vision Care

This clinic has a nice name, but that’s about it; they don't seem to care about patients—or perhaps they show ethnic bias. I called because my children's primary care doctor recommended them, but the person who answered was rude and put me on hold; after waiting five minutes, she disconnected the call. I hope the lead doctor sees this comment and provides better training for the patient/customer service staff, because that attitude shows they don't like their job. I’ll have to choose a different clinic; if I could give less than one star 🌟, I would.

The staff was amazing just checking all the boxes before I even start to ask. Everyone that assisted me was friendly and very helpful. Both Brianna and Sierra worked well together and was able to assist myself and my Daughter. Excellent team truly appreciate the time they took to explain everything. Will definitely be coming back on all my visits.

Black operated business. Really friendly. I went with my child on a visit and they wind up seeing me as well. My appointment was at 10 they didn’t open till 5 minutes later. I didn’t like that. After seeing the operation and being able to speak to the staff I got over it. Nice selection and friendly service. Try them.

My first experience at Aqua Vision Eye Care. Breanna and Dr. K listened to all of my concerns and worked out the best options for me. Very happy with the outcome and look forward to Aqua Vision for my continued eye care Thank you

The staff and doctor are professional and welcoming. I always have a great experience with my eye exam and picking beautiful frames. Also, your new eyewear always comes back in a reasonable time.
