This place is a Joke there is no respect for others . The wait time is ridiculous, Both times i have gone the doctor is on lunch while pésele are waiting. Instead of having a specific time for their breaks to respect the patients. I personally have to do a surgery that has been rescheduled 3 times without my notification. Is like they are playing around with my health . My issue is very concerning to me and i am scared for my well being how ever this doesn’t seem to matter to them. Is very poor service, ridiculous, you can’t count on people like this.

My mother had a very disappointing experience today at the Miramar location of Aran Eye Associates. Her appointment was scheduled for 8:00 AM for an important retina evaluation related to a serious eye condition connected to rheumatoid arthritis. She arrived on time, completed all paperwork, and waited patiently while multiple other patients were called before her. After more than an hour and a half of waiting, she was finally told — in a very rude and dismissive manner — that her appointment had supposedly been canceled previously. If that was the case, this should have been communicated immediately upon arrival, not after making a patient with a serious medical condition wait unnecessarily for over 90 minutes. The lack of professionalism, communication, empathy, and respect shown toward a patient dealing with a potentially vision-threatening condition was extremely upsetting. We also expect that no insurance claim be submitted for a visit where no proper evaluation or treatment was provided. Patients deserve transparency, compassion, and respectful treatment.
I set an appointment with a specialist a doctor. However, when I was in the office 3 optometrist checked my eyes . I thought the last one was the doctor but nobody let me know until I asked the 3er optometrist if she was the doctor and she said no I’m not. Doctors only come here every three months in this office . I got very mad with the last optometrist she was very rude and discourteous and she didn’t know how to explain me the side effects of a surgery in the eyes. She told me “it got to be a specialist” but that’s what I’m here for I told her. It was a waist of time and money in this office full of incompetent employees.
If I could give this place negative stars I would. Extremely unprofessional and cancelation of appointments with out letting you know. This office kept canceling hlmy mom's appts and it ended up her losing her site in one eye. I'm planning on calling the health board and reporting them.
After dealing with their poorly written AI phone maze for over an hour I'm done with this office. What a joke to get a hold of anyone or to get anything done. It's never ending options and robots, then no one answers the other end of any of the options. Probably not getting routed properly.
