I am very very disappointed in the service I received from this office. I was told after three visit that my exam were not good due to my fault. I would need to return for another exam. It appears they are more money hungry than professional service. Plus I now after my insurance paid them good money, billed me for an additional $84.00 which I paid. Then they turned this over to a collection agency who claims I have not paid. I have a canceled check from my bank which has cleared showing the bill has been paid. Sorry I find this poor service and bookkeeping.

The woman at the front desk is the worst kind of B!! She is rude to the patients, and even worse when you leave she continues to insult you to all the people in the waiting room. Don’t even try and ask her a question she will disrespect you and belittle you. I have heard her do this to several people when I have taken my elderly mother to this office! She should be fired! I don’t care how nice she believes her nails look! If you can’t be nice to older people you are a monster! And she is the worst kind of bully!

The front desk person delayed my appointment. By the way, she always let other people skip me and let me wait longer. After two time skipping, I am really unhappy. They don't work WELL with their patients. They mess up the patients' information. They send the correct address with wrong patient's name in my letter. I never met any clinic with such messing things before.

This specialty is very incompetent. I referred a pt to this facility. During the referral process there are variables that have to be considered. Those variables consist but are not limited to Pt's name, DOB, Age, Insurance, Reason for the referral, etc. During the process I spoke with Elizabeth. I gave her all the information needed and had her verify it for me, I specifically asked if they saw pediatric patients and she answered with "yes" she asked the age of the pt and I clearly stated that he was 30 MOS. She did not hesitate, I continued to make the referral. My patient later on was told he could not be seen due to his age. In less words, don't waste your time with this clinic. Trust me, I work in the medical field.
