Had an appointment scheduled 07/10/2026. Called and was asked to hold, no problem, on hold... then heard a click and was hung up on. OK that can happen. Called again nine times within a half hour. Every time someone would pick up the phone and immediately hang it up. I could hear voices than a click. Eventually just went to voice mail. Very unimpressed with their customer service. I understand being busy, but this is not just professional

Had an appointment scheduled. Called to confirm time multiple times. Every time someone would pick up the phone and immediately hang it up (could hear voices when they picked it up. Is how I know they picked it up). Eventually just went to voice mail. Very unimpressed with their customer service. I understand being busy, but pick up the phone ask someone to hold and then hang up not just disconnect.

Highly recommended!!! They were able to see me within a week, answered all my dumb questions. Best customer service I've ever had for eye exam and glasses purchase.

Douglas Primary Eye Care does not have a website other than their Facebook page where they do respond to messages through inbox. If you have any other questions or concerns please do not hesitate to call the clinic and leave a message (if you reach the voicemail).

Arizona Primary Eye Care is an amazing clinic. The staff is very helpful and kind. They are under new management and is definitely a much better environment. The doctors are awesome! They are very thorough and make you feel very comfortable. They have a wide selection of frames to choose from.
