Arizona Red Mountain Eyecar

This was my first time seeing Dr. Olsen, and I had an amazing experience from start to finish. The front desk staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and approachable. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and made sure I knew what to expect, which made everything easy and comfortable from the moment I walked in. Dr. Olsen was equally impressive. He was professional, knowledgeable, personable, and took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed, and I really appreciated how thorough he was and how comfortable he made the entire appointment. It’s not often that you have such a positive experience with every part of a medical office, but Dr. Olsen and his team truly stood out. For my first visit, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I left feeling well taken care of and confident that I was in great hands. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Olsen and his staff to anyone looking for an excellent eye doctor and an office that genuinely cares about their patients. Five stars!

This was my second pair of Neurolenses to buy at Red Mountain Eyecare with caring & kind Dr Stephanie Pilcher. I had my first pair more than 3 1/2 years and they were great! Never any problems with them at all. My second pair didn’t feel quite right and their office manager, Jessica Granadino Was amazing! She brought me back in immediately, made an adjustment and upfront told me she thought there was a defect in my frames. She contacted the company the frames came from and she had a whole new pair of glasses made for me. She was really really awesome! I was sold before or I wouldn’t have returned and now I’m really sold. It’s a great place to go.

My office experience was top-notch. The lady upfront was very professional and kind. I had some paperwork to fill out, but they took me back right away. Everyone there, from the person at the front desk, to the assistant, to Dr. Olsen, treated me with such great care. Syerra then helped me pick out a new frame! It was top-notch care. The cool thing about this visit today too, was the camaraderie between the women working there. With no other patients in the waiting area, the ladies working were chatting like a group of good friends. I felt like everyone there cared about my experience and each other, too. Love that vibe. I will be telling friends and family to go there, too.

Dr Olsen and the team were amazing. Everyone was extremely helpful and passionate in making the visit to the Eye Dr simple and stress free! Great prices and service is the focus for them!

My two daughters and I have all had appointments at Arizona Red Mountain Eye Care in the last two weeks. I have worn glasses since 4th grade and this was hands down the best experience eye doctor I have ever had. Speedy, professional, super friendly, informative, reasonable prices and great frame options. Found them through my new vision plan at work and am so sad to be moving in a month. But if you are local, make an appointment with them. You will not be disappointed!
