My wife and I Loved their new place. It's so big and spacious, with what looks like all new everything! The best thing is, they still do the best job on taking care of our eyes, from glasses prescriptions through eye surgeries, for which my wife benefited greatly from surgery there! Truly a professional, quality place for eye care.
Thank you for today’s walk-in appointment unannounced. I was greeted by multiple staff with a friendly hello may I help you! Then, once I was being helped, the young lady assisting me, was very professional and had some great information for me to update both pairs of my glasses through the warranty. It was a great experience today like always. As I was leaving the building, three of your staff thanked me for stopping in! It’s nice to know that you are welcomed Even though it was just #Warranty work with no cash out of hand, I highly Recommend them!
My whole family has been “seeing” Dr.Ballentine since he first started in our area at Walmart. We’re always greeted with a smile and conversation from him and his staff. Today my daughter wanted to try contacts. The patience they showed my daughter for almost 2hrs, teaching her techniques and giving advice was absolutely amazing. His staff is absolutely amazing! They see all ages, I’d highly recommend them to anyone.
My eye exam this morning went fairly well and efficient with all staff and of course the Optometrist was very friendly and professional. Actually felt my appt this time around went better then last one I had few years back and was able to pick and customize my own glasses all at the same appt which is very convenient. All I have to do is pay for them and wait couple weeks for my prescription glasses to come in. Definitely will continue to use Ballantyne Eye Center for my future eye appts! The doctors and staff are friendly, efficient, and well qualified to answer questions. Dr. Ballantyne is excellent in his profession, and has supplied me with the proper eyeglass prescription every time I have had an appointment with him. He was more than willing wo answer questions about age-related ocular changes and other related concerns I had.
