Amazing experience!! The whole experience from start to finish was incredible. The staff was kind on phone and in person. The clinic is clean. They were so kind to my little girl and we will be recommending them to everyone!!

Absolutely wonderful place to have your eyes checked out, get glasses, get contact lenses, etc. Awesome customer service whether in house or over the phone. I won't go anywhere else after the few appointments I've been fortunate enough to have here. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody and everybody. Very kind and very thorough. I would give them more stars if it was an option. * My follow up exam was equally as splendid. Wonderful friendly staff doing an amazing job. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Everything went great except for the fact that there wasn't anyone there to help pick out the new glasses, so we will have to make a separate trip next week. The people who work there are amazing though. So, it is worth going.

Neli was an outstanding, great, amazing, and very kind helper! Needed my glasses fixed and she did all of it quickly and in very high quality. The cost is comparable to chain stores, but the quality is so much better

Went in for a routine exam. Was told it was my choice to have retinal exam. I explained I had one 2 weeks earlier. Another person came in and said they needed to know if I was bleeding within my eyes. I explained again that the previous exam came out fine. She began questioning me and basically calling me a lier. I explained that I would stay there to be called a lier and be questioned about my having an exam 2 weeks earlier. I left and will not return to this clinic again. It felt like a used car salesman trying to get me to buy an undercoat for a used car. No thank you.
