Rhonda B Jordan is the best doctor I have met in a long time but sadly the clinic has closed down. I called today 08/05/25 to make an appointment and was informed she’s been gone for two weeks now what are we supposed to do? Doc, if you are reading this, please reach out to us because you’re well needed

I like coming to Dr. Jordan and Dr. Kiles. They are very thorough when it comes to their patients. I haven't had any problems. Sometimes I do have to wait awhile to be seen but if I'm going to get my needs taken care of the right way, I'm willing to wait. I agree that it is hard to get someone on the phone. If I'm in the area I will walk in and make an appointment. I haven't tried using the patient portal yet. Overall I love the staff at Dr. Jordan's office and I love the care I receive. My family will continue to be patients of hers.

I’ve been coming to this practice since 2018/2019. Over the years the quality of service has went down. I came in back in 2020 for chronic stomach pain only for it to be passed off as gas by the nurse practitioner. I would go to the doctor what seemed like every three months with the same issue. It took them TWO years to refer me to a specialist just for me to find out the pain I was having was an ulcer. Currently in 2024 it’s the sane thing. Consistent Abnormalities have been showing up in my labs for 5 years now and no one has said anything until I pointed it out. Then when they refer me, im having to constantly call the office.

******* PLEASE READ********** If you are reading this please find yourself another PCP!! I’ve never had an experience from a doctors office so horrible. I could write a book but I’m trying to squeeze it all in this review. Beware, they have NO time management skills, I’ve waited over 2 hours for a virtual appointment after they called me to get ready for the online service. Which was at 10am , by the time she got to me it was almost noon. Moreover, this has happened several times. You call to make an appointment no one answer the call and then the automated phone service is trash it’s designed to kick you to the curb. And when you do reach someone after numerous calls Michelle answer the phone and don’t know nothing, so then she transferred me to Sonja and her answer service picks up every time, so you leave a message and your phone number, nobody never returned your call. Good luck getting your prescriptions filled my CVS pharmacy called me back to tell me he couldn’t reach them. After that the sleep diagnostic company call me and said they couldn’t reach Mrs. Jordan. I don’t know what’s going on but you’d probably do better at Ben Taub. I got out of the hospital in February and I’ve yet to receive anything I need that Dr. Jordan was supposed to be prescribed as stated by the hospital, power chair, transfer bench, or my home health service. I’ve talked to my insurance company and they said that she hadn’t sent them nothing. I told y’all I can write a book on this place but I refuse to continue wasting my precious time on a doctors office that doesn’t care about your well-being.

I thought this was the best Doctor's office, until I needed something from them. This is ridiculous and unprofessional to say the least, It took me 7 months to get a referral, they never answer the phone and the new staff is incompetent. I took my son in for an appt. He seen the nurse practitioner so the prescription she prescribed was no good because she cant write prescriptions. it has been two weeks still no prescription. The office is over an hour away from me. I am so upset and frustrated, this office is getting worse!!!
