Sometimes I wish Google would allow 0 stars, because this is the kind of instance where I don’t think they even deserve 1 star. Not only did they waste 6+months of my time and money, and then after back and forth appointments they told me that I couldn’t do something that was medically necessary and insurance wouldn’t allow it. Even after being in tears expressing to the assistant who handles contacts that they wasted my time leading me on. I knew they were wrong but they wouldn’t give me the time of day and refused to continue. I switched Physicians to an amazing and caring doctor in Wayne who never doubted what was needed for me and got everything I needed medically covered. I waited until now when everything is said and done and I knew that i was eligible to come leave this review. My new Doctor advocated for me and this office did not. If you have any type of medical eye condition I suggest you go elsewhere because this office only wants easy eye patients.

I highly recommend Dr. McCoy, especially for older patients, including those experiencing cognitive decline. She is patient, attentive, and skilled, and brings a calm supportive presence to the visit.

Have been a patient for years for severe macular degeneration! Dr. Bertolucci is a very skilled and knowledgeable physician! She saved my sight several times as I only have one good eye and the other legally blind! Office staff is great especially Sam from Pompton Lakes! Very fast appts for emergencies! Only thing I can say negatively is the parking at Pompton Lakes no Handicap parking but office is handicap friendly!

Have used this group for my entire family of 6 since it was owned by Dr. Crowley. The new owner, Dr. Bertolucci, is an extremely poor and incompetent manager of this business, and after nearly 20 years, we have decided to leave and find a practice that understands they are service business and need to service their clients. Calls are routinely not returned. It's a shame that this place has declined so badly. I would not recommend anyone consider using this business. Find another group for your eye care needs.

I brought my Mom here to see Dr Crowley the previous owner who was very good and professional. I continue to use this business because I have found Dr Bertolucci is also very good and professional, as is her staff. I recommend her to my family and friends.
