Associates In Eye Care

I had a vision emergency and was seen within 20 minutes. Very thorough examination by Dr. Testa. What I appreciate the most was that even at short notice, he took the time to look over my entire history- I didn't feel like I had to answer a lot of questions that were already documented in my chart. Then he tailored the prognosis and recommendation to my specific history. Gave me a lot of confidence during a scary situation.

My appointment got rescheduled so now I've been outside waiting for an hour to go in due to them being on lunch. And it's starting to pour rain... GREAT! I have no car to sit and wait in, there's no bench out here to sit on. Not very patient friendly. And I've had to use the restroom since I got here.

I saw Dr. Todd Overley at the Oneida office for my yearly checkup. He was so thorough, I was pleasantly surprised. I've had a couple issues since my last visit and considering he wasn't my regular doctor, I didn't know what to expect. He answered all my questions and took the time to explain everything. Great eye appointment! Thank you!!

All around good eye care associates but don’t let them send you to a specialist without cross checking your insurance. They sent me to Lexington without double checking my insurance. Would’ve put me out $400 just to get seen by these people.

I got referred to associates from my daughter who's a patient with you. She highly recommended associates because of their level of care. They found a particular issue with her eyes that no other place has ever diagnosed. When I called as a first time patient, they made me an appointment promptly. When I went for my appointment, they got me in for my eye exam quickly. The Doctor was very friendly and thorough. I was in there and out in less than an hour. I will continue going to associates and recommend them to anyone in need.
