My rating is one star because this organization has very poor continuity of care. I had an initial evaluation completed by one physician, the procedure completed by a second physician, the first follow-up visit by a third physician, and the second follow-up by a fourth physician. I had this same procedure completed a few years ago and had ONE physician for all the exact same treatment. When I asked why I had to see so many different people rather than one. I was told the organization only has one specialist that has to be shared by 3 different offices and wasn’t available for the office closest to me. I ask the physician why they don’t hire someone and he commented that he doesn’t make those decisions. I consider this very poor continuity of care and would not recommend this organization to anyone who is having corneal issues.

Appointment was originally for 1:30, was called shortly after and told I had to be pushed up to 12:45 because the dr's hours changed. Arrived at 12:30 filled out paper work that was supposed to be sent to me but I never received it. Around 1:30 I was called back for tech to do some tests than put in a room and told Dr will be in in a couple minutes. At one point while waiting I heard another patient ask staff if the Dr was even here. Finally got everything done by 2:45. Staff was very friendly but seriously 2 hours and 15 minutes?
Wonderful! I was quite concerned for my vision when I arrived. I was treated very well. Everyone was professional and friendly. The Dr. fixed the issue calmly and reassured me that by taking antibiotic drops for prescribed time the eye would heal fine. I am very thankful. Highly recommend!!!
Such a pleasant experience, from start to finish. There were several steps to this eye exam, and new faces at every turn. Everyone was not just polite, but personable. They made the time go quickly. I will be happy to go back to them for every annual eye exam!
I would rank Dr. Jewart a 5 star, plus! As for the aides and support staff, I would give them 5 stars. But to make this a credible review, the wait time and waiting room were excruciating. Too many people for such a small space. I realize that many patients are elderly and need to be accompanied/driven, which would account for tight seating but this part was a long and unpleasant experience. Respectfully, Mike Saunders
