I would not recommend Dr. Reddy. The appointment scheduling only seeing new patients on Fridays between 12-1 is honestly silly and so constrictive. I saw the Dr. for two different appointments and I did not feel like she listened to me and only wanted to say what she wanted to say regardless of what I was conveying as my concerns. She wanted me to start a treatment I already went through, but didn’t seem to care that it didn’t work before. While the staff and Dr. were very friendly, it did not feel like the focus was on listening and addressing my concerns accurately. I would recommend finding a different Dr. and take note they do not respond to any of the low reviews, not willing to get better or address concerns.

My mom sees Dr. Reddy for an ongoing eye condition, and we are beyond grateful for the level of care she receives. Dr. Reddy is not only knowledgeable and thorough but also incredibly kind and patient. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure my mom feels comfortable and confident in her treatment. The entire staff is just as amazing—welcoming, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile. The office is clean, efficient, and runs smoothly, which makes every visit a positive experience. We feel very lucky to have found Dr. Reddy and her team.

I am obsessed with Dr. Reddy’s office. Brittney is the absolute best front desk personnel I have ever encountered in any type of office!! She makes us feel so comfortable and welcome, especially when I have my 3 year old in tow with me! Dr. Reddy is so thorough and explains everything perfectly, and once again makes me feel so comfortable and welcome! They all remember who you are when you walk in. Best doctors office hands down!
