I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with this clinic’s aftercare representative. I had positive experiences here in the past, which is why I returned, but this situation was completely different. The issue was not with my visit itself, but with the follow-up support I received afterward. I was spoken to harshly and dismissively, and it felt like my concerns were not taken seriously. The representative showed little interest in helping and lacked the compassion and professionalism patients deserve. What was most concerning was the apparent lack of knowledge and attention to proper patient care. I left feeling frustrated, unheard, and unsupported. It is disappointing to see such a decline in quality from a clinic I once trusted. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend that others seek care elsewhere.

Have been doing procedures there for a long time; Dr. Thermappa is very skilled, careful, warm, interested in me as a person, answers questions honestly and thoroughly, never leaves me waiting. Esthetician Givanna is a great asset to the practice, she is very sweet, caring, informative, makes me feel welcome and cared for, knows what she's doing. I wouldn't go anywhere else for cosmetic care.

Dr. Maus was my surgeon. He took a lot of time to hear my concerns and discuss the best ways to deal with them. I felt confident throughout the entire process. A month later everything is healing nicely and looks great. I would see him again any time.

Dr. Thimmappa is the best! She did reconstructive surgery for me 3 years ago so now I have yearly appointments. I can’t even imagine this journey without her. I trust her! She is so skilled and caring. The staff is great-always friendly and professional.

Dr. Maus is extremely knowledgeable about breast reconstruction. He explains all of the options, listens to you, and helps you to decide the best option for you. He worked well with my breast surgeon to start reconstruction immediately. Dr. Maus treats everyone with dignity and respect with the goal of restoring a good self image after cancer. He is extremely professional and personable. I would recommend him.
