If I could give this facility a -10 I absolutely would. I’m nearly 60 years old and my husband is 58 and we have a lot of experience with doctors and their secretarial staffs and receptionists. my husband takes 13 life-saving medication’s per day when he switched to this Medical Center. It was the worst mistake of our lives. You have staff people named Rochelle and Diamond who think they know more than our pharmacists when they call to get medication refills the staff people argue with the pharmacists instead of actually checking with the doctor and then they refuse to have my husband‘s prescriptions refilled. It is sometimes taken as much as four weeks to just get a life-saving medication refilled. Frequently if you call and you try to complain, you’ll be hung up on. In fact, one day I called nine times and I was hung up upon eight times and mostly by the same black man who also works the phones there. Furthermore, you don’t actually reach that particular office you first have to navigate your way through a call center and hope that they won’t disconnect you or they will put your call through to the proper person. I can’t wait to find a new doctor because if this is the status of healthcare you could die waiting for somebody to take care of you at this place and truthfully my goal this week is to get some type of government agency to do a look into this place because there has to be laws they’re breaking by not taking care of their patients properly

****My mandatory visit for employer drug test**** - Front desk staff was self absorbed and unprofessional. - Medical “care” staff acted cold, rushed, resentful of me and overall passive aggressive. Not nice people. - I can’t imagine anyone would choose to go here.

Doctors and medical staff are great. The receptionists are awful. I have considered swapping doctors due to persistent issues with the receptionists. They treat the patients poorly. I question why I even come here. I am tired of the issues and lack of coordination. I received a voicemail to return a call. I called them back told me that they did not see any information associated with the call back. I asked a question and I was asked to repeat the question 5 times because the receptionist did not understand. She heard the question but did not have the mental capacity to grasp what I needed in terms of paperwork. I do not want to waste my time with incompetent staff. Again, it is not the medical team, but rather the administrative side.

Staff who answer the phone are not very knowledgeable, and when they say, "I don't know," neither do they take action to FIND OUT. They just want to pass the problem to someone else.
