Very friendly, efficient office staff. Alk of the techs very competent and explained exactly what they were doing and why. Dr Wong is EXCELLENT!! Explained, and showed me with a model of the eye, what happened to cause my problem. Told me the likelihood that it might get worse. Told me what to do if it got worse.

They are always professional and friendly. When I called with questions a day or so before surgery, they promptly returned my call and answered all my questions. I have been impressed with the surgeon, Dr. Rosignoli, who has been wonderful, answering all my questions and taking great care of my eyes.

I was seen at ARA and my experience from the moment I walked until the moment I walked out was great. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and Dr.Wong took his time to explain things and my options with my care.
