Doctor & staff were very professional people. Everyone was friendly & cordial. Office was clean & atmosphere was peaceful & quiet. Doctor explained what he would be doing in terms I was able to understand. I highly recommend this team of doctors, their staff, & their clean environment.

the wait time was way to long - my visit should have taken less then an hour but it was over 2 hours -- other then that it was fine - all the people were nice and dr. young explained everything i asked about

A Real good visit with the doctor and associates. Had a significant delay from my appointment time so took two hours or so to finish the 10 minute consultation, but I guess surprises from some patients needing extra care is not programmed into their schedule.

A great team. Have used them for 13+ years; I love the Bastrop location💕 Easy to get to and a great facility with friendly staff‼️ I saw Dr. Young and am very happy with him. However, wait time is always long. I made an 8:30 appointment thinking I’d get out faster 😔 faster than two hours, but still over an hour. Would like to be closer to an hour.

⭐️⭐️At this facility, the assistants are very friendly, and im sure its no fault of theirs for the extra long wait. OVERBOOKING CAUSES PROBLEMS. Make sure you clear your schedule for what seems a simple appointment. I feel that the facility just wanted to squeeze my medical insurance. If you need a referral to a specialist, they're you guy. Close to 2 hours waiting on doctor. Bring your breakfast, lunch, and full battery cell phone because the monitor in waiting is on repeat of a dull low volume telemarketing medical insurance commercial??hygiene:used kleenex on counters, and dr. dosen't use gloves while attempting to feel facial of patient. (Even my dentist offers me,water, coffee etc..)as example as how people, patients should be treated..especially knowing how time frame is being abused
