Steer clear! They tried billing me $310 for a one hour appointment that never occurred. I literally spoke with a therapist about scheduling an appointment in the future, and that I would need more time to do a court-ordered evaluation. In short, the appointment never occurred! There was never any evaluation. When I called to dispute this I was jerked through a runaround of various phone prompts which kept directing me to the wrong line. ...Finally someone has mercy on me and gives me the direct office number, as I would have to dispute the charge directly with the provider. When I called that number directly... "That location is unavailable"... and hung up on me. Clearly a profit-centric operation! What a joke!!!

I had a very nice dental experience. The front desk lady was extremely nice. And the dentist and dentist's assistant was very pleasant.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. I recommend this to be one of the best most pleasant offices I have ever dealt with.

Madhu was so sweet and helpful with my questions. I love this location! Will always be my favorite!

I was sick and received excellent medical care. Dr. Jenna Ackerman is a very good doctor; I hope she never leaves, because she truly cares about her patients. However, I would like to mention that the Spanish-speaking receptionist should improve her customer service. When I tried to ask her some questions, she answered in a hurry. I wanted to clear up a few doubts, but she said goodbye several times, and I ended up leaving without getting the answers I needed. It would be nice if she could take a little more time and show more patience with patients who don’t speak English very well.
