Interaction with staff on phone to set up appointment was very good. Office staff was also cordial. Doctor was efficient and took time to explain information in a way that could be easily understood. Only concern was lack of availability for restroom for patients because someone had lost the key.
I arrived a few minutes earlier than my appointment time. I sat in the clean waiting room and was called back for a couple of tests. Then I was back in the waiting room for 5-10 minutes. This time I saw Doctor Tran. He asked a few questions and did a couple tests and examined my eyes. Dr. Tran gave me results but wants more tests run at riverside office in a couple months. The front desk made me both the test appointment date and a results appointment quickly and I went on my way. Professionally run office.
This was my first time and my experience was great. The staff was very friendly, especially Cyndy. The doctor conducted a thorough exam and explained everything. I will definitely return.
My experience at this optometry office was HORRIBLE! Received an incorrect prescription that negatively affected my vision and led to ongoing issues with clarity and visual comfort. I ultimately had to seek additional care to address the issue. Based on my experience, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this facility and suggest seeking care elsewhere.
Very detailed to what he was performing and testing. He first apologized for running behind and then he introduced himself. He read what he documented and told me upfront that was expected. I will follow up with him again....definitely
