Azul Vision - Upland

Great office, very friendly and caring. Dr. Tu is an awesome and very knowledgable doctor. I think you will be in best hands if you choose Azul. I visited the Upland office, however, I believe the other locations will be equally good. I need to amend this review to mention that Cenia, who called me twice after my visit, went above and beyond to help me find reasonably priced meds. Very professional and follow-thru employee.

I arrived early for my appointment. I was taken in early and taken care of right away. The tech prepared me the Doctor explained what he saw and explained the procedure. The Doctor was very professional and the procedure was quick.

My husband’s appointment at Azul Eye Care Upland was very pleasant and comfortable. Everyone there was very helpful and we are looking forward to returning for the next eye exam in a year. Dr. Tu was extremely thorough in her explanation of what was going to be happening during his exam and she really seemed to care that he understood everything she was talking about… The assistant who prepped him with the eye chart portion and dilation portion of the exam was very friendly as well!! Our overall experience was excellent an A+

It took 6 months to get this appt which was mostly the fault of Azul Vision's policy (substitute "attitude") toward other opthamologists referrals) . When I went for my appointment, However, the receptionist was quite efficient. I was seen quickly by the technician and by the doctor which was a great relief, Considering the b.s. some doctor's offices put you through. Dr. Patel was also quick, efficient and had no good news for me but was perfectly polite and even attempted to be helpful regarding my eye injury, which no one can figure out the solution to. So bad news for me, but good experience with the doctor and their office.

Dr. Stella Tu was excellent. Because I was 30 minutes late to my appointment she was the only doctor available. I assume she took the time to squeeze me into her schedule but she didn't make it seem like a chore she had to take care of. Because I was late the appointment ran a little quick but that happens a lot of the time when you're late to any appointment wherever you go. It's not their fault you're late and people have things to do. It was to the point, but she still took the time to explain any and everything that needed to be explained. She was cool but also professional. As was the entire staff by the way. Upland and Redlands locations are both great offices. Strongly recommend both.
