My experience was absolutely fantastic. Employees were respectful and professional and made me feel like a VIP as soon as I came through the door. The doctor was informative so I could understand exactly what was being said about my eyes. At the end, Gen assisted in picking out glasses and they were very nice and friendly. They set the bar here for customer care and I couldn’t be happier to write this review.

Kim was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in to the end of our appointment she made sure we were getting what we needed and wanted. Yesterday we went back to pick up our glasses and she had everything ready for us and it was a quick & easy appointment. My fiancé and I love our new glasses! My goodness, this is the best optometrists I have ever been to in my adult life. I was nervous to attend Baldwin Park Eye Care as I am used to my family optometrists, who has taken care of my visual health since I was a little girl. However, when I walked through the doors my nerves was instantly assuaged. The calm environment and friendly atmosphere helped to provide a peaceful experience. The entire staff are efficient and experienced. Moreover, I want to highlight that Baldwin Park Eye Care from the physician down to the entire staff care about visual health. Every person in that office uses and advocates for modern technology to improve visual health. This single aspect made Baldwin Park Eye Care Superior to other vision providers in the Orlando, FL area. Finally, appreciations and accolades to Jen and the women who consult on choosing frames. Each lady has style, taste, class and insight in choosing the best frames that fits the client's face. The experience reminded me of my family optometrists which I thought was hard to surpass. I hope that Baldwin Park Eye Care continues to provide superior vision care for years to come.

I can't say enough about the level of professionalism, efficiency and personal attention I received at Baldwin Park Eye Care. Dr. Jagani, his staff and the equipment were all top-notch! My optician, Kritzia, was very courteous and so knowledgeable of her job, I felt so comfortable and satisfied with my fitting and, ultimately, my finished eyeglasses. I'd recommend them to anyone!
