Highly recommend...Rachel was top notch in taking care of me getting glasses. Had been to Walmart glasses earlier in the day. They told me my prescription wasnt complete and needed to call and get full info prescrip. Rachel had no problem with the prescip I had. She was professional and patient and got me a big VA discount. Definitely will see Rachel again when need another pair of glasses.

I had been contemplating a visit to Bard Optical in Jacksonville since 2023 but was initially hesitant due to some negative reviews. However, after considering the high cost of other clinics, I decided to give Bard Optical a try last month, and I’m glad I did. The consultation fee was only $59, and with insurance, the visit was completely covered—an unbeatable deal for the quality of service provided. —> Shoutout to the Front Desk! Lot of mixed reviews so I wanted to write one, myself. I haven't been here in 4 years until Monday but the staff I dealt with recently were helpful and super friendly. My glasses broke and I injured my eyebrow and the nice woman who did my initial exam was patient with me and considerate of my pain. The doctor was informative and professional. And the man who helped me pick out my glasses gave me many options to choose from in my price range and style. I chose my glasses pretty quickly as he really listened to what I was looking for.
First time customer, and I am very satisfied. Krista was very knowledgeable and informative as she did the testing and pictures. The doctor was very professional, patiently answering my questions. Zack was great as he helped me choose frames and as he insured the fit when I picked them up.
