Yes they take Molina health care by cancelation only. If I had non government insurance I could be scheduled today. I work hard everyday and pay bills just like everyone else, but to be categorized by the insurance i have is horrible. Thankyou for giving me honest answers on the phone while whispering as if you knew that was wrong.

Does this place accept monila Medicare and Medicaid dual plan with a 13 digit ID? I been having a hard time finding any doctors for vision providers who will accept my card carrier
Always great service every time we come in. Totally 5 stars. Friendly & Helpful
The optometrist and staff were professional and thorough. Took a long time to get an appointment because they take all insurance, and good for them. I got my glasses at Walmart, which is normally fine, but not in Champaign. I should have gotten them from Bard. Overall good experience.
They take state covered insurance (Medicaid). They only have one doctor there so it can be a bit busy there and you might feel a bit rushed. But they are really good for children took all my kids there. Yes you have to pay extra if you want extra things like scratch resistant and have to pay for designer frames. I have tried some plastic frames that have broke a couple times and I have had pairs where I've been wearing them for years. Definitely recommend Bard!
