I made an appointment for a time I could make it. They called me and tried to reschedule my appointment to earlier in the day or other days that I was not available due to the Dr not wanting to wait around with a gap in his schedule. When could not switch, they just canceled the appointment. I will no longer be a patient here.

Easy check-in and detailed exam. Only negative would be at checkout I wasn't offered dark glasses.

I have been going to the Barnet Dulaney Eye center for years. I really liked the prior optometrist (Russell Woods), who sadly retired several years ago. he was great and always a pleasure to talk to and he answered questions with ease. They have a few new ones that come in a couple days a week, but the guy i have seen always seems rushed and makes me feel like I am putting him out by asking several questions. He will answer them, but it sure feels like he would rather be anywhere else. I don't know the bed side manner of the other two who share duties there. I did really like that they got me in the next day after I called and I do feel I get good quality care there.

Sorry to say, my visit was quite different than it had been in the past. My appointment was scheduled for 9:10, I believe I was called in about 9:50, then I had to wait again to see the optometrist (I was told there 3 patients ahead of me). My examination seemed very rushed. I scheduled another appointment to have my vision checked, I hope that one will be better. I miss Dr. Woods...
