I had a very good experience, the entire process was very smooth and easy. The only complaint that I have, is that the $20.00 post drops that should speed up the recovery from the eye dilation, didn't work. I have not notified them, but I am sure that I will be reimbursed.

The staff is casing, friendly, and very organized. I did a full exam. Dr. Pongratz is WONDERFUL! Also helped me find a means to reduce the cost of my medication.
I've worn glasses since fourth grade, and my experience with Barnett Dulaney Perkins was the worst of my life. The tech who examined me missed that I needed prisms. When my new glasses arrived, I had double vision and couldn't wear them. Dr Pongratz refused to test me for my prism level, saying it would do "more harm than good" to update the reading. Since I paid for a new prescription, I thought I should get one, but nope. I had to go to the office with my old glasses so they could read it from there. Then it took them 4 days to send the updated prescription, which only happened when I threatened to lodge complaints with the Federal Trade Commission and the AZ State Board of Optometry. Another three weeks wait and I had updated glasses. I wonder how much better I would see if my prisms were updated too. I will never return to this office and recommend you find a different vision center.
The entire staff was friendly, professional and theoral. Specialist Pongratz was friendly knowledgeable and theoral and answered my questions properly and let me know if there was concerns. Thanks and kudos to Pongratz and her team for another great yearly checkup appointment.
When a company takes the time to respond to my feedback and acknowledge the reality, that's a big deal and a rare find today. I changed my updated review again. I'm grateful. Like most things in life today, it demands patience... It took three tries to get the correct prescription, but they worked with me and finally got it done. Thank you! One star previous review updated. I always appreciate when people make good but here's a few details of why it's only a four star: The office provided me with an incomplete prescription. The eyeglass store and I contacted them by phone and received no responses (quoted 24 hours). Stopped by in person. (the office is not close to me) and still no response from that visit. Left a Portal message and waited another day.
