I was highly impressed with both the doctor's assistant and the doctor, particularly regarding the time they dedicated to me and their readiness to answer my questions. The front desk staff were also very friendly.

The staff are very professional and friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable during testing and will answer any and all questions. Dr. Hartzell is very thorough and great to work with.

I had a good experience when I visited the clinic for the first time. I was seen and asked questions and it took only a few minutes before I saw Dr. Hartzell. He got right to work and within another few minutes I was discussing his findings and I had the opportunity to ask him questions. I was then sent to reception area and after getting another appointment I was checked out. I am so pleased with my appointment. I had to wait over a year to get an appointment and then wait another year for follow up where I used to live. All staff was very polite and efficient. A great Eye Center.

Made contact right away, very short wait time, friendly and efficient staff. Also they handled the referral process wonderfully. Very convenient I'd highly recommend.
