Barnet Dulaney Perkins Eye Center

I have had to wait for over a month just to get an appointment first of all. Then 3 days before my appointment they are demanding money. I called and the girl that answered my call was very rude. Talked over me and I couldnt even ask my questions. Then I get a text to confirm by appt. I confirmed. Same day I get another text telling me they have to cancel my appointment because they haven't gotten authorization from my insurance. Come to find out they just sent the request to my insurance knowing that the insurance takes 5 business day to review it. Why didnt they send it over sooner .The office is incompetent and not helpful at all. The hold time is too long to even talk to someone there. Any other doctors office would have sent the request over in due time for the appointment Ive been waiting for over a month to even get in there. Not happy at all.

The time in the waiting room was minimal before being called back to see the doctor. He was very efficient and personable. Upon returning to the reception area we had a special request that was met very graciously and with the Atmos of professionalism We highly recommend anybody With eye problems be sure to see the doctors here you won't be sorry.

The entire staff from this facility was very friendly, extremely helpful and kind, and very knowledgeable. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome, relaxed, and taken cared of.
