$500 glasses that keep stress fracturing the frame. They won't replace because we picked a frame that isn't right for her lenses. How would regular people not in that industry know this. We went here for 20 years with all our kids. Never again. See you in small claims court.

HEADS-UP!!! when choosing gradient color the lenses they show you are not the actual color I picked a light pink that honestly I was thinking wouldn’t show too much but when I got it the top half of my glasses were SUPER HOT PINK so just ask maybe for pictures or just clear if you don’t want a super bright color
