I had a great overall experience at Bastrop Family Eye Care. My appointment started on time, the staff was welcoming and professional, and the entire office was clean and organized. Dr. Ngo is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. From the moment you walk in, the staff greets you with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to help. The wait time is practically nonexistent, which makes the entire experience even better. Dr. Ngo never makes you feel rushed during your visit. She takes the time to provide detailed explanations, carefully answers questions, and truly welcomes your thoughts and concerns. It’s refreshing to receive such attentive and compassionate care. The staff were on-time, very nice and professional at each position. Dr. Jones was proficient as well as a good listener. She took the time to explain certain tests and the need for them as well as showing and explaining the results of the tests. She was proactive in my care which I appreciated. Dr. Jones was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I was very comfortable with Dr. Jones and will continue to see her.

Everyone there was great. Dr.Sunny explained everything to me, answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything she said. When it came to picking the frames they were great also. Providing input and answering questions. Would highly recommend
