I’m so glad I was referred to Bay Eye Center! From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. Dr. Hentschel was kind, thorough, and took the time to listen to all of my concerns without making me feel rushed. He explained everything clearly and made me feel confident in my care. Tammy and the receptionist were equally wonderful and truly went above and beyond to make the experience a positive one. Their friendliness, patience, and willingness to help made the entire visit seamless from start to finish….It’s not often you find a medical office where every member of the team is so attentive and compassionate. I highly recommend Bay Eye Center to anyone looking for exceptional eye care and outstanding customer service.

I'm usually a bit anxious about eye exams, but this place made my appointment even enjoyable! Everyone was professional, friendly, and so pleasant to work with. They took the time to answer all my questions, which really put me at ease. Im so happy I found such a professional practice with genuinely kind people. Love this office,staff and doctor. Dr H is a genius. Great for regular checkups and emergency eye issues. Always accomodates last minute needs. They set a high bar!

Listens and hears your concerns and is very responsive to your needs. Anyone with eyecare needs would do well at Bay Eye Center especially with Dr. Hentchel.

Dr Hentchel is excellent! He takes time to explain things, is very thorough & personable. Easy to book an appointment & latest equipment in office. The front desk was quite helpful with insurance coverage. Highly recommend!
