I love Dr Eddie and his staff! From the front desk smiles and warm welcome to Erika’s kind patient instruction in the exam room! I’m a long time patient snd am always recommending OC vision! My whole family comes here and are happy customers! And a comfy waiting room where you can peacefully read during the briefest wait of any office I’ve been to!
Met with Erika and Alex, both so amazing and helpful! Especially Erika, she went above and beyond!! She sat with me and went through all the insurance deductions and prices to make sure I could stay within my budget. She was very patient and made me feel very comfortable. Helped me choose my super cute new glasses and I’m very happy 😁
Recently moved to OC.and had to find a new eye doctor. A few friends recommended this spot and I can see why. Erica and Dr Eddy were wonderful! Helpful. Thorough. Kind. And reasonable prices. I can safely say I’ve found my optometrist.
We (my entire family & I) have been coming to this optometrist forever now since when it was Dr. Taubman. We have since also seen Dr Eddie and Dr Alex more recently. My parents have been seen Dr Bayan. The staff is incredibly efficient, friendly, and helpful. They've moved from the original location, but they're still in the same plaza. The office is gorgeous and super clean. I highly recommend OC Vision to anyone who needs an optometrist.
I had my first visit with the OC Vision Center. They mentioned that they had been on the same shopping center for years and moved to this new spot. Smart move, I have traveled up and down Valley View for over 30 years and never saw them at their old location. I was pleasantly surprised that the office was clean and organized, the staff was friendly and courteous and Dr. Eddy is super kind, patient and most of all didn’t waste time knowing I have tried many different contacts and I like what I have now. I have contacts, bifocals, night glasses and readers. Dr. Eddy incorporated my existing items to work more effectively. I also liked that the office was family orientated and not a big franchise outfit. I’m so glad I stopped in!
