I had an awesome 1st time experience at Bayview Optical on 7 Mile in Livonia. The appointment process was a breeze and they were able to accommodate my request for a quick turn-around to meet my annual exam prior to the end of the year. The staff was very welcoming, professional and very friendly! Dr. Blaize provided a very thorough eye exam, explaining the process every step of the way, and the service never felt rushed. They were very helpful when it came time to select my frames and ensured I liked the look and feel by providing a couple of other choices to try out. Quality frames, fast turnaround, and excellent customer service. I highly recommend Bayview Optical and will continue to go here each year!

Great staff across the board. They take the time helping you pick out glasses that suit you even if it takes a while. They now have a camera that takes the place of having to get your eyes dilated which makes appointments quick and easy and doesn’t mess up half your day with blurry vision. Every pair of glasses I have gotten from them have been of really good quality and held up beautifully over time.

Dr. Blaize of Bayview Optical traveled to his office, which was closed for the holiday weekend, and opened it in order to assist me with an eye problem. I so appreciate his kindness in solving my eye issue, especially since I am from out of town and not one of his regular patients. I recommend Bayview Optical and would select this eyecare office if I lived in the Livonia area.

Have been going to Bayview for 10 years and have enjoyed my experience every time. I always see better after the new lenses are installed in my frames. They have a good selection of frames. Have been able to get clipons to use in the car when the sun is out and bright. Everyone in the office is friendly and knowledgeable. I prefer Bayview over the chain.stores.

This was my first visit to Bayview. I am extremely pleased with the visit. Doctor and each of his staff members were very professional and yet personable, and they demonstrated genuine concern for my well-being. I highly recommend Bayview Optical to anyone and everyone.
