Came here in a pitch when my nephew broke my glass while on vacation. He came out and greeted us and said he would do what he could. He got me frames that would last until I got home. We asked how much when everything was said and done and he said “I just try to help when I can don’t worry about it” that left us completely speechless. 10/10 would recommend!!
Awesome place! I went to buy some new lenses for my husband’s sunglasses. Instead of making a nice little profit off me, Lorenzo went online and found the lenses I needed for much cheaper than I would have paid otherwise. He even put them in for free. Stand up guy. He also appears very knowledgeable about lens prescriptions. We will definitely be using him in the future!
I have to tell you how much I loved my experience at Bayview Opticians in Sarasota. Dr. Doctor (yep, that's his real name!) is one of the kindest, most thorough, and patient eye doctors I've ever been to. In all my 40 years of needing glasses and eye care, I've never walked away ecstatic about my experience...until now. From the moment you walk in, a calm falls over you. Suddenly, everything is as it should be and your breathing slows. You put your phone away and enjoy the silence. Suzanne will calmly take care of your paperwork. Insurance? Great! No insurance? That's great too! Don't miss the art in the fitting room and in the hallway. My personal fave in the examination room, a large colorful hook-rug art piece of an owl. I'm in 1983 again and everything is going to be OK. When your exam is over, Lorenzo will patiently help you determine the perfect frame for your uniquely beautiful face and your budget. Everyone at Bayview Opticians is awesome! Lorenzo knew exactly what kind of glasses would look best on me, and now I have two gorgeous pairs of cat eyes. 5 stars, no doubt.
Doctor doctor takes the time to give me the best prescription for my vision and Lorenzo has helped me choose glasses that have given me more compliments than any other pair of glasses that I have owned I recommend this office very highly to anyone.
