BC Eyefitters

We recently visited this clinic for a pediatric eye exam and were told in advance that our insurance was accepted and would cover the visit aside from a co-pay and an additional retinal scan, which was explained as part of their more comprehensive exam. However, after the appointment, we were asked to pay for additional services that had not been disclosed beforehand. The lack of transparency around costs was frustrating, and it appears the clinic may have limited alignment/acceptance with insurance coverage. Based on this experience, we would not choose this provider again for pediatric vision care.

Needed to get my eyes tested. And we found this place, they were both great. Love that we found a smaller boutique optometrist office that really care and are there to help. They have all new cutting edge technology to test and help keep my eye health in check. Thanks

This is one of those rare jewels that you find in a business every so often ….. this review is based not on one fluke but multiple visits and purchases where Austin and team have exemplified the best qualities in customer service ….. thoughtful , diligent , creative and most of all customer focused . Here’s to many more years of a happy customer !

Dr. Roxanna is amazing! She treated my 3 yr old son, and made sure he was comfortable, and he now loves wearing his glasses! Highly recommend her! :)

I highly recommend BC Eyefitters. Dr. Leija is knowledgeable and personable. I had a great experience at my visit as well as my son's. Austin, the office manager, also has gone above and beyond answering questions or helping with contact orders, ect. The location is very convenient for Lake Travis area residents too. I tell all my friends to go to BC Eyefitters.
