Be Well Primary Health Care Center

Horrible staff. Dr. Agu didnt call me about t thyroid biopsy report. Had to make my own appointment. Receptionist staff very very very rude. Got to office said they tried to call me on June 23rd to cancel my appointment. Showed phone log and said oh you can be seen. Since I have a relative who works for the President of NBC AND WILL BE SHARING THIS WITH THEM. Me and my mom used to come here for primary care doctor but took our business elsewhere. Had appointment for 11:30 waited for 3 hours to be seen for 2 minutes. Only use for specialist but never again. And hopefully after being put on the news thins will change.

Not a good experience at all. My mom had her laser surgery done here, first off was lidd to about insurance not covering costs but then afterwards they sent claim to ins company and got paid after I paid upfront charges. Never can get attended to on appointment timing even if you go early you need to wait for hours before getting attended to.

The receptionist with the glasses and short hair who answers the phones has poor communication skills and a very unprofessional attitude. During my experience, I did not feel welcomed or respected. Everyone who visits a healthcare office should be treated with kindness and made to feel comfortable. Unfortunately, her behavior made the experience unpleasant. I hope management addresses this issue to improve the experience for future patients, as interactions like this can negatively affect the reputation of the practice.

I went to see eyes doctor today, at this place Be well with doctor Lopez. From the front desk until the doctor everything went well. I was feeling so comfortable, while seeing everyone I had to see, in order to be completed my visit. I hope everything will be continued to work well , as my today's visit even much better. I thank God and all of you at the eyes office. What I was so glad about, at the doctor's room,she even has a little plastic glass for patients, to prevent them falling down the street if, they are going to walk or make sure they are going to drive safe if they will have to, after the visit. If I don't give 5 stars is, just bcuz, I just got back to them and, wanted to make reserves. Thank to the doctor and,all of you willing to make this place specially , the ophthalmology one a place patients can feel safe and confident to go without, no hesitation and also being worried about how things are going to be happening. 🙋💌🙏👏😊💯👍

Be well is a great all in one health center. Has most of dics anyone will ever need. Unfortunately im not everyone but 70 percent of my docs are here. Ny primary Dr Barkan is great. Well edjucated, knows what hes speaking about, actually remember u and previous visits. And expaains whatever it may need explaing. Im a lifelong type 1 diabetic and he is on the top of the list on my best diabetic docs out there. I tend to disagree w many. Him i follow and trust his suggestions. Hes helping me get my thyroid under control at the moment. And so far so good. And if u have something he isnt educated fully on he will refer u to someone who does. Great all around doctor and person in general. As well as Be Well Health Care.
