I had a wonderful experience! The staff was incredibly caring, friendly, and welcoming throughout my visit. Nancy was especially helpful and attentive. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything clearly, and made sure I was well taken care of. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and genuine care from the entire team. I highly recommend l going here if you’re looking for a great eye care experience!

Dr. Valerie and Devenn were very attentive to my needs and made sure my glasses/exam were covered with my insurance. They worked with my requests and listened thoroughly to my needs! The suite itself was impressively clean and neat. The staff were very welcoming and kind. Their frame selection was top notch as well. I highly recommend Bellaire Optometry to anyone who is in need of vision enhancements!

Amazing experience. The staff provided excellent service from start to finish. Michael, Valerie, and another gentleman whose name I can’t recall were all very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer my questions, explain my options, and made the whole process easy and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Great first time experience here! The wait time was super fast and everyone there was really nice and helpful. The eye exam was thorough, and they explained my results in a way that was easy to understand without making me feel rushed. Overall just really great service and a friendly atmosphere. Would definitely go back!
