Poor communication! Had to wait 2 weeks for my prescription with no updates from the office staff and no responses when texting the phone number provided. Ended up canceling and ordering through 1800contacts as is much much cheaper. Also ordering through the office ends up being more expensive as the over charge.
They got my prescription wrong in one of my eyes and will not take responsibility for it. I have 3 pairs of glasses, all had a remake to make sure they matched the prescription I was given, and this place says they charge $50 for a re-exam. Even though I have told them about the glasses being remade and tested. Pretty sure they are just unhappy I didn't buy glasses from them. No accountability for a simple mistake they made. They also charge $30 to check the prescription of a pair of glasses. Seems they care more about making money in any way possible, more than making sure their customers get the correct prescription.
The staff at Belleview Eye Associates are lovely! Dr. Leilani Phillips is knowledgeable, patient, professional, and just plain wonderful. She takes the time to check everything thoroughly and answers all of my questions. She is also extremely patient with my kids. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Phillips' practice and staff. Thank you for making my annual visits to your practice fantastic! A++
I definitely recommend Belleview Eye Assoc. From the ladies you meet when you first walk in to Dr. Leilani Phillips, you get quality care. They are knowledgeable, patient, kind and take the time to make sure you are comfortable and happy with your choices, whether it’s glasses or contacts. They treated my 18 year old son so well, he was truly happy with the care he received and loves his glasses and his new contacts! I went recently myself for my glasses and contacts and am also happy with the care and consideration I received. Will continue coming here for as long as we need care for our eyes! Thanks everyone!
