Get rid of the Key.Me machine and I'll change my review to 5 stars. Three times I've used it and all 3 times I've received duds. The Key.Me company is so confident that their keys are trash that you are guaranteed a refund no questions asked. Again, I Implore you to get rid of these self-serve kiosks that DO NOT serve the community at all.
I visited this store yesterday. I was using the electronic buggy due to having some hip issues. I needed to reach some dog food on the top shelf, but couldn't get it. I was looking around for someone to help me when Anthony walked by. He provided some assistance, but was also having trouble reaching the bag. He went & got an apparatus & got the bag for me! He was very nice & polite. I really appreciate him taking the time to help me!
Every time we do pickup or delivery we get short dated items. Like milk that say use by and it's for 2 days out. Recently got chicken that was 1 day out from use by date..so they need pickers to check dates.. On good note we got refunded but we were still out of dinner for next day and when your disabled and that's why you do delivery and pay for service it sucks when you can't go buy something to replace bad food. Makes walmart look bad.
Very clean parking lot and store. Probably the cleanest I have ever been to. There was an associate (very nice middle age silver hair lady with hi-Viz vest on) who was out at 6am sweeping up the lot keeping it clean. The store was well organized and the staff was very friendly. The restrooms were super clean. The whole store was very well managed. I’m a truck driver and we visit a LOT of Walmart locations all over the country as well as just stores in general and I just had to review how great this location is and the friendly and amazing workers here. Good job y’all!!!!
The employees got annoyed with me when I was being harassed by another customer. They took zero effort to assess the situation properly and immediately sided with a person that was trying to cause confrontation.
