There was something missing about this doctor's office. It seemed to be lacking professional handling. Every comment I made, the young lady had an answer for, which I did not agree with. I was not thoroughly convinced with the doctors evaluation of my exam. She told me not to expect the best vision with my new glasses because of other vision problems stemming from diabetes. I never saw the young lady clean the eye equipment before or after use. After all these years, I finally realized that I should not even guess at one single letter when being tested. I think it is important that they tell you NOT to guess. I would say, I think it's a.., and she would say, okay, and continue. After I picked up my glasses, I realized that the strength would have been better had I not guessed at one single letter during the test. I failed to check my prescription before leaving, and found that when I handed it to the optical office next door, the prescription was for 'someone else' and had my signature because I didn't check. After realizing that it did not match my info, the optical lady walked with me next door and had the office person correct it. I was hoping I would have had a better experience with the visit, because the location is very convenient.
