Dr. Joseph and the staff were all so friendly and explained everything to me as they did it. They took there time and made me feel like I was a person and not just a number. If you want a doctor and staff that care and take the time to actuly talk to you and be honest and explain everything I would recommend them. They are great abd I would not trust my eyes with anyone else.
I recently saw Dr. Nguyen and Bobbe Jo for my niece’s appointment, and they were absolutely amazing! They were kind, patient, and made her feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. They took the time to explain everything and truly showed how much they care about their patients. We had a wonderful experience and are so grateful for their exceptional care. Highly recommend
From the moment you walk in you are greeted with the warmest welcome, front staff are super sweet! Zenet was the absolute best with both my daughters & Dr. Nguyen was amazing she explained everything so well! Both ladies at the optical were very kind and helpful and we were able to order my daughter’s glasses and received them in a timely manner! Thank you!!
I love this place. It's clean. Easy parking. Easy to find and the way you are moved through your eye exam is well thought out and flows easily. The front desk staff are very professional and nice! Brenda and Dr. Nguyen treated me like a human and not just a job. I recommend this place for sure!
Great experience from the initial examination, pre-op prep, surgery, and post-op follow up. I received excellent care from Dr. Marshall, Kayce, Stephanie and the entire Berkeley Eye Center team. They were very professional, kind, and patient. I asked alot of questions. The day before my surgery I had additional questions, Stephanie was so kind, informative and very patient as I navigated through the process. Dr. Marshall is a skilled surgeon. Post-op. I experienced zero pain or discomfort, everything went exactly as he prepared me for. My vision corrected to near perfect without the need for glasses. I highly recommend Dr. Marshall and his team at Berkeley Eye Center!
