Berkeley Eye Center - Atascocita

Very lovely experience coming to Berkeley. I love the atmosphere and the staff are amazing and very friendly. I had my lasik surgery and love it and I just remained with them afterwards. The doctors are all pleasant with lovely personalities and friendly. I would most definitely recommend everyone to come to Berkeley because you would love it! And they are open on Saturday’s. My husband and I drive all the way down from Louisiana.

Check in was quick with a five minute wait to see doctor. 👍🏼 The doctors care for their patients and make sure all your questions are answered to your satisfaction. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and kind making it an enjoyable visit. I’d like to give a shout out to Sean Leal in the optical department. He was very professional, knowledgeable and patient. Explained everything step by step when ordering new prescription lenses. Thank you for your kindness!! 😊 Overall experience EXCELLENT!!

Ms. Maize, Eye Tech, was very polite and took the time to explain everything she was doing. She was friendly. Easy to talk to. I would want her to be the technician to evaluate me before I see the doctor because of the ease she has of making a client comfortable. She msde it easy to follow instructions.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would definitely recommend Berkeley Eye Center\! It had been years since I had been to the eye doctor, and my experience was wonderful from start to finish\. The front desk staff was awesome and provided excellent customer service\. Seal Leal was especially helpful when it came time to select my glasses\. I honestly didn’t know what type of frames to choose, but he was patient, helpful, and made the process so much easier\. He helped me find the right frames and really put my mind at ease\. Thank you, Berkeley Eye Center, for making my experience such a positive one\. I truly appreciate the great customer service and will definitely recommend you to others\!

Always a great experience at Berkley Eye Center Atascocita with Dr. Shrum and his staff. On my latest visit, Technician Dazie took care of my initial testing and actually performed annual testing that Dr. Shrum usually performs. She was professional, knowledgeable, efficient and her engaging personality was both informative and entertaining. Dr. Shrum always takes the time to review my current vision status and eye health with me, check for any complaints / concerns, then provided recommendations for future eye health and treatments. Great job to all, keep up the great work!!!
