It is my first visit to Kingwood location. Facility is extremely good. I met more than seven retina specialists so far in the Dallas/houston area. I was not satisfied with anyone. But I am fully satisfied with Dr Coffee.. Really he is very knowledgeable. All staff members are also awesome. I recommend Dr Coffee to my friends and relatives.
I had an amazing experience from start to finish at this eye clinic. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. The procedure was explained clearly, and every question I had was answered with patience and care. A special thank you to Carina, who was absolutely fantastic! She guided me through every step of the process, always checked in on me, and made sure I felt informed and at ease. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made such a difference in my experience.
I will easily give Berkley in Kingwood a 5 start review - and I would give Dr Barker along with the eye technicians that fit your glasses more than 5 if I could! It takes alot to get the right prescription, and Dr Barker is patient, smart and professional. Lizette Moreno is by far the best technician out there to get your glasses fitted right for you. She remains pleasant and patient even when it's hard, but she also has experience, professionalism, knowledge and a true "knack" for getting it right. I will continue to go to Berkley to see these two. Thanks Berkeley team!
I brought my husband in to see Dr. Nguyen and had a great experience. Connie was very polite, patient, and took the time to make sure my husband felt comfortable throughout the visit. Dr. Nguyen, as always, was excellent—thorough, professional, and attentive. There was a bit of a wait, but it was absolutely worth it for the level of care and treatment we received. Highly recommend!
This place is so great! Everyone was so friendly and just kind. They see you on time or earlier than scheduled. Every person we encountered was just so amazing! Our surgical coordinator Annie was so helpful. Highly recommend this place!
