My Dad was seen today for his second cataract surgery and ket me tell you ...10 stars across the board. Everyone was patient, knowledgeable and courteous. Dr Anderson, Karen, Ashley, Alexa and Lupita were all exceptional. I wish I knew about this place on his first surgery but so blessed that we know now. Wonderful experience. Even the customers were polite and excited, they fed off the energy of the staff!!!

The center never returned any calls. I had to go into the office in person to get any attention and assistance. With my appointment, I was asked to come in early which I confirmed and did. I was seen promptly for the initial assessment and diagnostics but then set in an exam office for 30 minutes without any follow up. I had to open the door and ask what was going on before anyone finally came in to do the exam. The doctor was polite and went over options once I finally got to see her.
I am a caregiver, and I escorted my patient for an eye appointment and it was the best experience for her. She was shown kindness and time was given to her attention as she was getting her eye exam and purchasing her eyeglasses. She had a smile on her face. And they made her laugh the entire time. The 2 ladies, Ashley and Posh were over the top kind. She stated that she really loves her new doctor.
Berkely eye center-Champions is one of the best eye centers that I've been to. Very convenient, professional & awesome service. You deserve all the stars that you have got. Keep up the good work.
