I called them to see if they could squeeze me in with no appointment, after I accidentally scratched my eye. When I got there, they immediately put a drop in my eye to numb it. Took some information from me. Waited maybe 30 min. Got me in the back, looked at my scratched eye and gave me antibiotics. Over all the best experience I've had in my 57yrs with a doctor. God bless them for all they do. Thank you
I had an appointment at Berkely in Dayton, TX and unfortunately my experience with the receptionist was not good. She came across as rude and unhelpful when I was just trying to ask simple questions about my appointment. I felt uncomfortable during the interaction and it made the overall experience stressful. I hope the staff can improve their customer service and communication going forward because everything else about the appointment process was fine.
The doctor and staff were attentive, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I appreciated their warm interaction with my son, making the exam enjoyable rather than intimidating. The office was clean, well-organized, and maintained.
Dr Rebekah Swicegood was so sweet, very professional, and poured into me with the word of God as she did my exam. Every staff member was very attentive, every process was fast and smooth. I can't wait to take the rest of my family here and refer friends as well.
The entire staff is so kind and caring. Dr Swicegood does a very thorough examination and explains the findings and what to expect. Her compassion and kindness to her patients is refreshing. Highly recommend Dr Swicegood and Dayton Berkeley Eye Center.
