Best Vision

A little nervous to go based on bad reviews but turned out amazing. Only took a couple of days to be seen. Very nice interior, clean and welcoming. Everyone was incredibly friendly. Though the doctors were via telehealth, everyone I encountered was very knowledgeable. Overheard some conversations and it was like everyone knew everyone and just a very pleasant atmosphere overall. Went with my insurance and paid nothing out of pocket for an exam and glasses with lenses. Would recommend, 10/10.

The women in there are very nice people. Amy. She's a wonderful person, she's my favorite there, very nice people. And if you need help with anything picking app your glasses or some glasses or glasses for fishing, they have they're a place to go, but they are expensive.

Took a chance and it paid off. Tried the chains (Lenscrafters, etc) and always ended up with glasses I couldn't see out of. Was always told "you'll get used to them" which I never did. Tried Best Vision, got an appt quick, the dr and staff were very nice, glasses came in within a week and I can actually see again! This will be my go-to place from now on.

My experience at Best Vision was wonderful. Sarah was extremely thoughtful and went above and beyond to help my daughter, Allison. Every person we interacted with was so kind and welcoming. They took the time to praise Allison, telling her how great she looked in her new glasses and how perfectly they fit her. That meant so much to her and truly made the experience special. The staff is not only professional but also has that genuine, hometown feel that makes you feel comfortable and cared for. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I’ve gone here for year until they drop my insurance. Now that I need to switch to a new doctor and I requested my medical files from them they giving me a hard time. I was told because my prescription is expired they will not release my medical information to me. I called back asking for a reason why and was told it’s was against the law. When I responded that it’s my medical information and I had a right to it I was told that it’s the doctors rule. I’m not sure if they are making this up but I know I have a right to my medical information. When asking for an expiration they hung up on my and then told me to not come back. I am very disappointed wig the service, and to add insult to injury the new doctor I go to now has told me this is not the first time they had heard about this experience from best vision. Very sad that this happened.
