I had such an incredible experience working with Tony Burch! He figured out the warranty provisions for me on lens replacement, figured out that it was more cost effective to go outside my insurance and rely on warranty, and spent a great deal of time making everything right for me. Can’t recommend him enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ — I would give more than 5 stars if that were possible.

I always have a good experience at Bethesda Vision Care. This time was no exception. I purchased two new pairs of glasses and Tony did a great job helping me pick them out. He also got the bifocal lense just right on my sunglasses. I just picked them up and Jermaine was super efficient and even tightened and cleaned up an old pair.

I recently had a new pair of prescription glasses made at Bethesda Vision Care, and the experience was excellent—largely thanks to Tony Burch. He is a skilled, conscientious optician with a great eye for style and how frames complement a face. What stood out most was his follow-through. When I picked up my glasses and noticed one lens didn’t feel right, Tony immediately arranged for me to see another doctor (as mine was off that day), so I wouldn’t have to wait to have the issue corrected. I truly appreciated the doctor making time, but Tony’s professionalism and dedication made it happen. I would highly recommend working with Tony.

Tony was awesome! He really listened to what I wanted and worked with me to get glasses that work for me for music- a very difficult fit. I've been a patient of Dr. Berenhaus since the late 1990s and he has worked with me to get contacts that work for me too as my eyes have aged. This is why I keep coming back- I see well and good service.
