Always happy with my eyecare experience at Bettendorf Eyecare Center -- new location nice and roomy. Dr Aaron does a great job with my exam and always enjoy Kay's smiling face. Everyone is very nice a courteous.
Had a great experience here start to finish. Friendly staff. Convenient appointment time. Very thorough exam. Dr. Peters was great. I have been been to another office in town, but for these reasons, this will be the long term home for my family and I. Thanks team!
Front desk staff is very knowledgeable and helpful in all ways… from helping determine status with insurance, to helping to schedule appointments, to making you feel comfortable…from the moment that you step into the office. Dr. Peters is always friendly and conversational and is patient, explains everything during the exam. Any glasses fitting done by the team are super knowledgeable and they’re also giving advice and very patient with all frame try-ons and choices. Just a great atmosphere and great team overall!
I received the most thorough eye exam I have ever experienced. Dr Peters and his staff did not rush through my appointment. The office was so clean and equipment is so high tech and modern. They have a huge assortment of frames, it was hard to decide. I am telling everyone to go there. Love the friendly staff!!
Called regarding an issue I was having with my eye. Person who answered the phone was dismissive, I am and have been a patient for a long time, I will never go back. She made me feel ridiculous for requesting an appointment. Sighed heavily when I requested one. It was like I was forcing her to do her job and pay her money.
