I have had the best experiences with Betts and DeMott. They are always very professional, welcoming, and so knowledgeable. Dr. DeMott always takes the time to get to know you, understand your need and then follows up with informative information and decisions. In a world of doctors always trying to get to the next patient, Dr. DeMott always gives you his full time and attention which is always very appreciated!
The entire staff made my visit very positive and enjoyable. I had never met Dr. DeMott but he was WONDERFUL! Personable, professional, thorough and considerate. And I didn’t feel a thing when he removed a piece of metal from my eye!!! I am absolutely thrilled with the service I received.
Dr. DeMott and his staff are always kind, courteous and professional. I was very concerned that I had retinal tear, called the office, and got right in! Luckily a retinal problem was ruled out very quickly after an exam and specialized photos and I left so relieved and happy. Thank you Dr. DeMott and staff for taking the best care of me. 5 Stars from me! I would highly recommend!
Still the best eye place out there. Dr Demott is amazing and explains everything to you. Not like these other places like my eye doctor where I felt like I was just another number to them where your pushed out with what they want you to buy. He gave me some contacts told me to try them out for a couple days if I liked them I could buy them if not I could come back in until I found once’s that I liked. Everyone one on staff was amazing and polite always a great experience here
