I had an outstanding experience as a new patient. I walked in without an appointment, and the staff was incredibly accommodating and able to work me into the schedule the same day. Everyone was friendly, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. The eye exam was thorough, and the doctor took the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed, even though I was a walk-in. The level of customer service and patient care exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent eye care and a team that truly values its patients.

I've been going here since they first opened, and I've always appreciated how patient and welcoming Dr. Ban Huynh and everyone in the office are. I tend to take a long time when picking out glasses, but the front desk staff is always so patient with me. They're happy to open the cases and let me try on and retry different frames until I find one I like. I never feel rushed or uncomfortable, and if I can't decide, they're always accommodating and happy to let me come back another day. Dr. Ban Huynh is SO NICE and patient! My glasses always come out perfect, and he takes the time to adjust the frames as many times as needed to make sure they fit my face comfortably. I really appreciate how much care and attention everyone here puts into the experience. Highly recommend and will always choose this office!

Dr. Ban is fantastic. He's patient, knowledgeable, and totally focused on getting the right result for my children. Dr Ban has many options for my kids to control their nearsightedness. He addressed my concern without pushing costly unnecessary work on us. Also reception and eye care assistant are fabulous. I felt so welcome by so many people. The office is clean. They have many high tech eye care machines. Recommend everyone come checkout this eye care office.

Been going here for a few years and has always been a good experience. The team is always nice and provides great service. Dr. Huynh is very personable and knowledgeable. I come in for my annual eye exams and he always provides little tips in each exam to better my eye health and it’s paid off over the years.

I came here because of the great reviews, but I am completely baffled by how they got them. The service I received was incredibly rude. Honestly, I don't know if it's because I'm an Asian woman and he thought I'd be easy to bully, but he was unbelievably dismissive. I also noticed he was warm and welcoming to a white customer—I'm not sure if it was a race thing or just because that person was buying expensive items from the clinic, but the contrast was hard to ignore. Every time I tried to ask a simple question, he would just interrupt and talk down to me instead of actually listening. Whatever you do, absolutely skip the contact lens exam here. If you have any history of wearing contacts, he won't really bother fitting you—you'll just leave with the exact same prescription you already had. Even though I explained several times that I hadn't worn my old lenses in a long time, he just kept brushing it off, insisting they were 'fine' simply because I’d used them in the past. Don't expect him to let you try different trial lenses to see what actually works for you now. To make matters worse, it felt like a heavy sales pitch for their priciest lenses. The second I made it clear I wanted a more affordable option, he somehow got even ruder. He became visibly annoyed about my choice, and the service just went completely downhill. Plus, they make it unnecessarily difficult to get your prescription released unless you order directly from them. Just a very, very rude doctor and a terrible experience overall. I won't be coming back.
