Big City Optical Oak Brook Promenade

Big City Optical in Oak Brook is a great place for an eye exam. From start to finish, the experience was easy, professional, and very welcoming. The staff is friendly, patient, and takes the time to explain everything, which really makes a difference. A special shout-out to Lisa M. for her kindness and help. She made the visit feel comfortable and stress-free. You can tell they truly care about their patients. I highly recommend Big City Optical for anyone looking for great service and a friendly atmosphere.

I had such a great experience at Big City Optical and want to give a big shout out to Dr Duda and Milan. Milan was so friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She made everything easy, explained my options without any pressure and genuinely made the whole visit feel comfortable. Dr Duda was just as wonderful. She took her time during the exam, explained everything in a way that actually made sense and made sure I felt heard and taken care of. She is kind, patient and you can tell she truly cares about her patients. This was hands down one of the smoothest and most pleasant eye care visits I have ever had. If you want to be treated kindly by people who really know their stuff, go see Dr Duda and Milan at Big City Optical. Highly recommend.

I was impressed with this office. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I was used to getting annual eyes from another chain but found this wonderful office via my vision insurer app. I am not a fan of the eye puff test to check eye pressure and they had the newest technology to check eye pressure without the air!!!!

I’m a truck driver with not a lot of time in the area & if it wasn’t for your willingness to get me in to see Dr. Rasa so quickly I would’ve never been able to find the time to get my updated prescription for my glasses. I’ve put it off for so long! You all have a great selection of frames and the staff there made it very easy for me to understand my insurance benefits! I usually dread my annual eye appointments because it’s so hard to find a pair of glasses. I tried Big City Optical for the first time this year. I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked in the door! Lisa assisted me, she was so helpful and very pleasant. They have a huge selection of glasses to choose from. Lisa did not make me feel rushed, and she helped me find a pair of regular glasses and sunglasses that I love! I look forward to returning to complete the order! Thank you
